Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be promptly notified in such cases. We strive to ensure quick processing to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to different delivery preferences. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout, allowing customers to select the most suitable method based on their urgency and budget.
Shipping Timeline:
- Within Chennai: 1-2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days
- Within India (based on location): 4-7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location. These charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the payment. We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on our website and during promotional campaigns. Some remote locations may have additional surcharges, which will be notified at the time of checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control may cause unexpected delays. These include but are not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, courier partner delays, or incorrect address details. In case of any significant delay, we will keep you informed via email or message.

Delivery timelines are indicative and, on some occasions, there might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances. If delivery or performance deadlines are not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure or any other unforeseen event that affects our component suppliers, the agreed deadlines shall be extended for a reasonable period.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, our courier partners usually attempt delivery again. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India. However, we are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please take pictures and contact our team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund based on the situation. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to track and resolve the issue.
