How we receive, use and account for every contribution made to Heartfull Foundation.

01Our Commitment

Heartfull Foundation is committed to using every donation responsibly, transparently and in line with our mission of supporting children and communities.

02Voluntary Contributions

All donations made to Heartfull Foundation are voluntary. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.

03Use of Donations

Donations are used to support our programs, including:

  • Education support, learning materials and school kits.
  • Nutrition and health awareness initiatives.
  • Child care, skill development and community outreach.
  • Essential administrative costs required to run these programs effectively.

Where a donor specifies a particular program, we will make every reasonable effort to honour that preference. If this is not possible, the donation will be used where it is most needed.

04Modes of Donation

Donations may be made through the online donation form (once payment is enabled), bank transfer, UPI or other methods communicated officially by the Foundation. Please donate only through official channels listed on this website or confirmed by our team.

05Receipts

A donation receipt will be issued to the email address or postal address provided by the donor. Please ensure your name, contact details and, where applicable, PAN are entered correctly.

06Tax Benefits

Tax benefits, if any, are subject to the Foundation's registration status and applicable income tax laws. Please contact us for current details before claiming any deduction.

07In-Kind Donations

We welcome donations of books, stationery, school supplies and other useful materials. Please contact us before sending items so we can confirm current needs.

08Donor Privacy

Donor information is kept confidential and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share donor details with third parties for marketing.

09Declining Donations

The Foundation reserves the right to decline any donation that conflicts with its values, mission or legal obligations.
